連日で再発したのでガチンコで調査しました。
対象機器はSRXシリーズ(SRX210H)ですが、下記の問題に合致してるっぽいです。
障害発生時から出力されるログ

超絶意訳
・PPPoEサービスを稼働しているMXシリーズの製品以外で発生する
・PPxインターフェイス統計の集計に失敗することでエラーログが出る？
・インターフェイスの統計が確認できないといった事象が発生した場合は、RE(Routing Engine)を
再起動する必要がある
・・・・って、ルーティングエンジンモジュールなんて積んでなくて1つしかないから、機器の再起動しかないのかよ。
文中にIDSの単語があったので、とりあえずuntrustゾーンで有効にしているIDSを無効にしてみました。
とりあえず経過監視します
